The dream:

Since middle school, I've been praying and hoping that my friend would come to a meeting with me, and that the Lord would touch him and turn him to believe into Him.  Today, it happened.  He came to a meeting with me.  In addition, he asked about the Lord's day meeting tomorrow, and wants to come to that one, too.  I praise and thank the Lord for answering my prayer long after I had given up myself.

The nightmare:

I went to Chicago and parked my car by the side of the road, next to a gas station.  When I came back at night, with only the street light giving any illumination, someone standing around told me in the sort of tone someone uses when he knows something terrible has happened, but wants to face the reality calmly: You know your car was broken into.  So I looked and immediately noticed the tires were flat.  Then, I noticed that one of the windows was missing, and my luggage and work laptop had been stolen.  After analyzing the situation for a bit, and wondering how I was supposed to fix the car to be able to go anywhere, that person told me to get in the car.  I was hesitant, but got in after he insisted.  He started driving it, and to my surprise, the ride was as smooth as if the tires were not flat.  That's when I got suspicious.  Then, I woke up.  And I lied there in bed, being thankful that it was all a dream.

Both turned out well, and I lived happily ever after.  I was fortunate this time.
